1. Bookings and changes
Can I book a transfer for tomorrow?
Bookings must be made 24 hours ahead of time. We do not guarantee bookings made at shorter notice. If you need to make an urgent booking, please contact us at info@spaintransferservices.com to check availability.
Can I change the details of my booking?
Pick-ups are scheduled automatically according to the information provided by the customer when booking online. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes to the booking (accommodation, travel schedule, etc.) by emailing info@spaintransferservices.com.
2. Luggage
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage weighing up to 25 kg (maximum dimensions: 50 cm high x 40 cm wide x 80 cm deep) and one piece of hand luggage weighing up to 10 kg (maximum dimensions: 55 cm high x 40 cm wide x 20 cm deep).
Extra luggage must be indicated in the comments field (type, size and weight) and paid for at the time of booking.
Extra luggage is only allowed on Shared Transfer or Private Transfer services that offer the option of adding extra luggage to the reservation.
Special luggage, such as bicycles, surfboards or golf clubs, must be transported in special cases (bicycle cases, etc.). The maximum size for additional luggage is 150 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height). For larger luggage, a private transfer must be booked and confirmed with info@spaintransferservices.com to ensure it fits in the vehicle.
In the event that the luggage does not correspond to the original booking, is not as specified or does not fit in the assigned vehicle, it is up to the customer to arrange an alternative transfer and to bear the additional costs. No cancellations or refunds are permitted in these cases. Spain Transfers cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of luggage.
3. Cancellations
By the customer:
You may cancel the contracted services at any time by sending an email with the booking reference to info@spaintransferservices.com. If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel with 72 hours notice or less, 100% of the price will be charged.
By Spain Transfers:
If we are unable to fulfil the booked service and we cannot offer you a similar service, Spain Transfers reserves the right to cancel the booking.
4. Pricing and payment information
Are there any surcharges in addition to the stipulated prices?
No, the prices shown on our website are final and have no additional surcharges.
How do I have to pay for the transfers?
Transfers are payable in advance by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Will I receive proof of my booking?
Yes, we will send you an email confirming your booking. You are advised to have it with you at the airport. If you have not received the booking confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Is online payment secure?

Baby seats and boosters
Baby seats and boosters are subject to local supplier availability. If there is no availability, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Do wheelchairs for the disabled have any additional cost?
No, there is no additional cost, but you must mention it in the comments field for security and space reasons.
5. Baby seats and booster seats
We offer baby seats and boosters subject to availability and prior booking.
According to European Regulations (Directive 2014/37/European Commission, 27/02/2014), in vehicles with one to nine passengers, minors with a height of 135 cm or less or weighing 36 kg or less must ALWAYS use an approved restraint system adapted to their weight and height.
If the customer refuses to book and pay for such a system, the service may be denied by the driver to avoid legal sanctions.
If seats cannot be provided due to vehicle changes (larger car) as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as last minute bookings, flight delays or traffic jams, the full amount paid for the seats not provided will be refunded.
6. Pick-up and drop-off point
Where is the drop off/pick up point?
For transfers from the airport to the city, the pick-up location will be the one indicated in the email you will receive confirming your booking.
For transfers from the city to the airport, the pick-up location will be the one indicated at the time of booking.
If you have selected the Meet&Greet option, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit in the Arrivals area with a sign with your name on it to facilitate the meeting.
In case of delay, contact Spain Transfer as soon as possible to let us know.
What should I do if I can't find the Shuttle chauffeur/representative?
In case you cannot find the chauffeur or representative at the meeting point indicated on your booking, please contact Spain Transfers. Contact details and 24/7 assistance will be sent once the booking has been confirmed.
8. Departure from the Resort
Is it possible to choose the pick-up time of the Shuttle or Shared Transfer?
Pick-up times are arranged according to the information provided in the reservations (flight departure time, hotel, etc.). In the event of a change, please let us know immediately.
Where is the waiting area?
Please wait outside the main reception in a place visible to the chauffeur, at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If the transfer has not arrived 10 minutes after the confirmed time, please contact with us immediately.
